A Word from the Founder
I have spent thousands of hours in the U.S.A. and around the world developing my craft in the detailing and waxing industry. Wayne’s Wax™ Roll-tech has evolved directly from that experience and knowledge. Wayne’s Wax™ technology will change the way the aircraft industry does detailing and waxing!

What Makes Wayne’s Wax So Unique?
The application process features a unique nano flow roller that allows rapid application of wax in a highly controlled format. The nano flow roller allows the precise amount of wax viscosity in the exact thickness required for the application. After the wax has adhered to the surface, the residual wax is removed after curing to a powder form by using a hepa filter equipped portable removal system with tear down technology removal heads. The wax features the unique characteristics of being extremely easy to apply and remove, as well as being exceptionally durable. The wax is compatible with all painted, gel-coat and aluminum finishes.
The portable power waxing unit is designed to be used for the rapid application of our unique wax formula. The specially formulated wax is applied in a typical rolling motion over the surface of the area being waxed. This system greatly reduces labor costs vs. the labor intensive traditional method of wax application. Our system eliminates most of the solid waste associated with waxing, virtually eliminating towels, rags and other waste to just a small amount of dust particles that are collected and disposed of.

Why Wayne’s Wax Works
Wayne’s Wax™ specially formulated polymer and carnauba-based wax transforms from a paste state (at a controlled temperature and pressure) to a liquid state. When the heated wax is applied to the surface, the covalent bonding formula adheres to the microscopic pores of the surface being protected. After it has dried, it is then removed. Conventional waxes have a tendency to adhere in all the wrong places and must be removed with extreme time and effort. Wayne’s Wax™ is designed to eliminate this problem, thereby reducing overall effort with no compromise in protection.

Laminar Airflow And Wayne’s Wax
Drag is any force that tends to prevent an object from moving forward and moving forward efficiency. One source of drag in airplanes is skin friction. As air passes over the surface, friction between air and the surface tends to slow the airplane down and fuel efficiency is compromised. One major goal of Wayne’s Wax, has been to improve laminar air flow by applying our thin polymer covalent bonding formula, (Wayne’s Wax) over the surface allowing less skin friction, thus reducing the amount of drag, while protecting the surface of the airplane.

Wayne’s Wax Superior Longevity
After the surface of your aircraft has been treated with Wayne’s Wax™ and providing that it is being cleaned with Wayne’s Wax™ Multi-layer aircraft wash every 2~3 weeks, Wayne’s Wax™ will last several months. Generally it is recommended to use Wayne’s Wax™ on your aircraft twice a year (every 6 months) this will ensure all the great benefits Wayne’s Wax™ has to offer!
Wayne’s Wax Multi-Layer Aircraft Wash
Wayne’s Wax™ biodegradable Multi-layer Aircraft Wash was developed exclusively for the use with Wayne’s Wax™. Multi-layer technology means just that, it provides a polymer UV protective barrier over the top of the Wayne’s Wax™ and enhances protection while cleaning. The more you clean your aircraft, the more protection it gives! This cutting edge technology uses polymer layering technology that has amazing results!
Not only does it clean beautifully and give great UV protection, this covalent bonding formula resists and repels minerals in water that cause staining and spotting. Also, it resists and repels oil based residues “pollution” and bird droppings. When used regularly, it makes cleaning much easier while extending the life of Wayne’s Wax and ultimately you aircrafts exterior.
Over the years, I have seen many aircraft owners/crews use general cleaners and aircraft washes to maintain their aircraft. These cleaners use a degreasing formula, which in certain cleaning applications do a good job but over time will often strip newly applied wax. This will not happen with Wayne’s Wax™ Multi-Layer Aircraft Wash! It is also very economical, using just 1 ounce per gallon / 29 milliliters per 4 liters.
Curing time: 1~2 hours, depending on the temperature.
Due to the natural effects of evaporation, Wayne’s Wax recommends to never wash your aircraft directly in the sun from 11am ~ 4pm
